Please read the following carefully :-
This is a legal agreement (“Agreement”) between you and Divine Matchmaking (hereinafter is referred to as “DM”).
To register as a member, you need to :-
a) be a Christian, any denomination,
b) 18 years and above,
c) create your profile. Please do so honestly and truthfully. You are not allowed to state any contact details such as tel, handphone, e-mail adressess, etc in your profile but you can state them in your personal message to any member). Obscene words are strictly not allowed.
Note : Application from those who are married and/or separated from their spouses will not be approved.
Once you have filled up and submitted your profile, the Administrator will proceed to check your particulars. You agree that the Administrator has the full right to view, verify and delete any information / messages and also has the right to approve or reject any application.
Once your application has been approved, your profile will be uploaded (for others to view and also for you to send and receive messages) for a period of one (1) year from the date of approval. Confidential information such as your name, contact numbers, e-mail address will not be revealed online.
After becoming a member, if you wish to add, delete or modify any information in your profile, you can do so by sending your request to divinem@tm.net.my .
Only the registered members are allowed to send and receive messages.
You agree to indemnify DM in the event of any losses or liabilities You are also strongly advised to personally check , verify and decide on your own about the member/s and the accuracy of the information he/she gives. All members are strictly advised to be cautious and not to release any important details such as your telephone numbers or addresses in the beginning stages. Please also do not rush to meet the person. It is wise to communicate and get to know him/her first. Once you are sure that the person is a Christian that can be trusted, then you may make the necessary plans to contact or meet him/her.
Note : If you wish to verify & confirm the marital status of a member, you can do so by checking with Jabatan Pendaftaran (Government Registration Dept) through a lawyer.
DM reserves the right to reject or terminate your membership at any time and/or take the necessary action/s (including making a police report) if you have found to have breached any of these terms and conditions or for any other reason/s, without a refund. You can also terminate your membership by sending your request via e-mail to divinem@tm.net.my.
All terms and conditions are subject to change (without notice) at any time at the sole discretion of DM. By continuing to be a member, you agree to be bound to the change/s (if any).
